Notes to All Buyers

Dear All,

I am writing here to keep all my valued customers updated and reminded of the T&C of bagsshopper.

For orders of items, please note that we have been flexible and allow COD of the items once you have confirmed the order, understanding that most of the buyers feels insecure on making bank tt in-advance. However, we regret to inform that with immediate effect, we would only accept orders or arrange shipment only upon receiving of a deposit payment of S$50.

This is due to some customer taking the advantage of our flexibility and placed orders, requesting for COD. However, changes their mind when the item arrives. After many attempts of calling & sending messages, we are still unable to get any reply. Or even, some customer will just reply and say "not taking it". However, some customer would just choose to ignore our messgaes.

Hence, it's very unfair for us to make all purchases and shipment all the way here.

Also, please note that my gf in USA, will need to drive for close to 1hour to reach the nearest outlet or boutique to help all of us get the cheap stuffs. Meaning, she'll spend 2 hours on the road travelling to & fro. It's not fair for her as she's doing all of us for a good favor by doing the purchases and earning the little handling fees.

In such cases, we would impose a charge of S$50 (mainly is to cover the shipping fee, taxes and handling fee) for making the order and shipment over to SIN. Meaning, the deposit paid will be forfeited.

ONLINE SCAMS! BEWARE!

Dear customers & friends,

Recently, there's an online scam on buying good deal on COACH & KATE SPADE.
Indicating that she's residing in USA with her husband in United Airlines, thus they will bring the bags in without any shipping fees incurred.

Buyers, a total of 60+ persons, thought that this is a good deal and placed orders amounting to more then S$30k!

However, this *lady* wasn't able to fulfill the orders as she's physically in SINGAPORE.

Buyers lodged police reports and she has been brought to police station for investigation and charged with CHEATING!

This is just the outline of the scam.

I would like to assure all my customers that the price I'm quoting might be about S$20-S$30 more then other sellers online, however, I do give you insurance for your orders. If your shipment was misplaced or items lost, I will either replace back the same item or provide a full refund.

Whereas, other online sellers, their terms indicated that they will not be responsible for any missing items or lost shipments.

Moreover, I'm staying in Singapore and I do make an effort to meet up with my customers and deliver personally to your doorstep. This again, is giving you an assurance that I'm not any cheater.

Dear All,

I seek your understanding that payment via TT is required once your order is confirmed.

This is to ensure that no last minute withdrawal of orders once it's confirmed, otherwise, it's not going to be fair to me to make orders and arrange for shipment here.

However, after you'd paid and really have no choice but to cancel the order, I will refund back to you with the charge of 30% of the amount. This is to cover the handling & shipping fees incurred.
