Q : Are all the bags original / authentic?
A : Yes. All items are original / authentic.

Q : Does all items comes with receipt?
A : Sorry, as much as we try to provide Gift Receipts for all items, however, we can't promise all items will have Gift Receipts.

Q : Can I return or exchange items order / purchased?
A : All sales are final. Returns or exchange are not allowed. However, we do view on a case-to-case basis.

Q : Does the items comes with gift boxes or carrier?
A : Due to the heavy weight and high shipping cost (We ship in via airmail either EMS or DHL). As such, we are unable absorb the high shipping cost incuured. However, we will provide our own Jess.Sg bag for you.

Q : Can meet up ate some MRT station for collection?
A : Regret to inform that due to the shortage of manpower, we do not meet-up anymore. You may collect your orders at either Hougang or Craig Road (arrangement will be made). You may also opt for courier delivery (See courier fees rates below).

Bagsshopper came about with the intention to help friends, family members and relatives get their beloved designer handbags. I personally love Coach handbags and I get them directly from outlets/retailers in USA & Europe. After setting aside for personal use, I put up the extras for sale. I am not affiliated to Coach in any way and defnitely, not their sales representative, all I can say is, I'm a Coach lover! I'm a BAG LOVER! The bags here are all 100% authentic, brand new with tags, wrapped with Coach tissue and Coach sticker. Friends and relatives also request for other top designer brands in USA & Europe, so a selection of Kate Spade and Many other handbags can be found here.
